Starting Pay: $17/hr
A minimum of 10 hours a week during slow season
There is a 90-day trial period for all positions at Face Paint with Paris. Any position with Face Paint with Paris requires flexibility in schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team.
Job Overview:
A Party Specialist works with the Face Paint with Paris team to organize, transport and facilitate craft packages and event decor. This position includes driving, carrying up to 60lbs, and other appropriate equipment for installation. The position will also include working in the studio on the production of balloon decor such as inflation, creation, and adding the finishing touches on orders.
Responsibilities and Duties: ● Driving to event locations ● Loading and unloading of equipment
● Interact with children and families with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. ● Assist with set-up and clean-up of party venues, maintaining a tidy and organized environment throughout the event.
● Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Production of balloon decor: Inflation, creation, and finishing of orders ● Will require nights and weekends ● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Required Skills:
● Previous experience in children's entertainment or event coordination is preferred but not required ● Valid US Driver’s License ● Working mobile smartphone with GPS capabilities and data ● Comfortably use common technology i.e. online calendars and chat programs
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and adults of all ages.
● Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude ● Must be able to lift at least 60lbs ● Flexible availability (including nights and weekends) ● Willingness to learn

Qualifications and Required Skills:
Experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment or events industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey our brand voice effectively.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions and strategy adjustments.
